Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconciliations during weekend shifts
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to financial inquiries
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., Tableau)
