As a key member of our finance department, you will ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting and manage the day-to-day operations of our general ledger, supporting our leadership team in strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Support external audits and internal controls.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management.
Qualifications
- BS in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
