Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP experience preferred)
- Mentor junior accountants and provide training on financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience with Big 4 or mid-size firm background
- Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder presentations
- Proven experience in process optimization and automation
