We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Shift Accountant to join our growing finance team in San Diego, CA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting during our critical 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day and end-of-week accounting reconciliation and closing procedures.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Review and verify general ledger accounts for discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the month-end close process with minimal supervision.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift.
