Responsibilities
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures in accordance with GAAP.
- Prepare complex financial statements and variance analysis for management.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Conduct internal audits and review financial controls.
- Collaborate with external auditors during fiscal audits.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with remote or hybrid work models.
