Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial records and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Assist with tax preparation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful financial reports to senior management.
- Review and approve invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
