Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting for executive stakeholders
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Collaborate with audit teams during external reviews
- Maintain internal controls and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with regulatory compliance (SEC/FASB)
