Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Coordinate tax filings for Oklahoma and Florida operations
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead month-end closing processes with documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with auditors for quarterly/annual compliance reviews
- Maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with VBA
- Strong knowledge of multi-state tax regulations (OK/FL focus)
- Experience with ERP systems implementation
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
