Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets for client review
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Support month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Manage bank reconciliations and expense report processing
- Assist with tax document organization and compliance checks
Qualifications
