Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Supervise the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor management and customer billing.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Streamline internal financial processes and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and forecast financial performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
