Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with federal and state regulations.
- Process Improvement: Streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Payroll Oversight: Assist in the preparation of payroll data and ensure accuracy in time tracking.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Certification: CPA, CMA, or EA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
