Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with California regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and perform complex bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with management to forecast financial performance and budgeting.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain up-to-date financial documentation and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and communication skills.
