Responsibilities

- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct comprehensive financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models to support strategic decision-making
- Manage client relationships through regular financial consultations and reporting
- Mentor junior accountants and oversee team performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, audit procedures, and tax compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
