In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. You will work closely with senior management to drive strategic financial planning and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow statements.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure all accounts are accurately reflected.
- Assist in external audits and internal controls implementation to mitigate financial risk.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
