- Collaborate with audit teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Develop and implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for client portfolios
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional finance team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
