Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger accounting activities and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and file various tax returns and ensure tax compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
