Responsibilities
- Lead month-end closing processes for multi-entity portfolios
- Prepare complex financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable operations
- Mentor junior accountants using our proprietary training system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Demonstrated experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
