Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for diverse industry clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement and improve internal controls for SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives with department heads
- Conduct financial audits and support external examinations
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks and ERP system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and Oregon tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-state compliance reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
