Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Lead internal audits and compliance initiatives for 15+ business units
- Develop and implement streamlined accounting workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Analyze variance reports and provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during annual reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven track record of leading financial audits and process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
