Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Prepare complex financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Lead audit coordination with external stakeholders and internal teams
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Texas CPA license and SEC reporting experience preferred
