Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts for executive leadership.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of all accounts.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation and support.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Candidate status is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
