Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and assess risk scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into financial strategies.
- Monitor budget performance and provide actionable insights to management to optimize costs and improve profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and external financial statements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VBA/ Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
