Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual financial reviews
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for departmental and company-wide goals
- Maintain detailed financial records using QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting (GAAP compliance)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Arizona CPA license required or ability to obtain within 3 months
