Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Lead internal control implementation and compliance with GAAP/FASB standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Streamline accounting processes through automation and technology solutions
- Mentor junior accountants and oversee audit preparation procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and MS Excel with advanced functions
- Proven track record of improving financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication abilities for client-facing interactions
- Experience in multi-entity accounting environments
