Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements for corporate clients
- Lead audit processes and ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Develop cash flow forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Coordinate tax preparation and strategic planning sessions
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with Portland-based firms
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record in multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Active Oregon CPA license required
