Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors for seamless compliance
- Develop and implement financial controls to optimize operational efficiency
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining direct responsibility for high-value accounts
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning and budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing processes and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and audit procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
