Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and ensure timely financial reporting
- Lead GAAP-compliant accounting for multi-entity portfolios
- Conduct forensic audits and internal control assessments
- Develop tax strategies for cross-border transactions
- Mentor junior accountants using advanced QuickBooks Enterprise
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning
- Automate financial workflows using Power BI and Excel VBA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting with CPA license (required)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced Excel/Power BI modeling skills
- Experience with construction or manufacturing accounting
- Spanish fluency preferred for client relations
- Proven audit leadership in SOX environments
- CMA or MBA preferred
