Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for senior management.
- Oversee accounts payable processes and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or tech environment.
- CPA, CMA, or Master’s degree in Accounting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
