Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with rigorous reconciliations across GL accounts
- Conduct detailed audits of internal controls and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
