Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory compliance documents
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Proven expertise in GAAP compliance, financial analysis, and regulatory reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to explain complex financial concepts
