Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage complex reconciliations across multi-entity accounts
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
