Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and credit reports to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit memorandums and loan documentation for review
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure commercial loan solutions
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning indicators
- Stay current on industry regulations and lending compliance standards
- Present credit recommendations to credit committees
- Maintain accurate loan files and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of financial analysis or credit experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn complex financial concepts quickly
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., CRCM, CFA) with company support
