Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes and ensure timely financial reporting
- Manage general ledger operations with precision and accuracy
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Coordinate external audits and maintain compliance with GAAP
- Develop and optimize financial models for strategic decision-making
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
