Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Prepare and present financial statements for executive leadership
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing remote teams or distributed workflows
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
