Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage complex month-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow management
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Manage tax preparation and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP, FASB, and SOX compliance
- Expert-level skills in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (including macros/pivot tables)
- Proven track record of improving financial reporting processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
