Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead financial audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Develop and analyze financial forecasts and budgets
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Prepare tax filings and regulatory documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
