Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis for departmental heads
- Maintain robust internal controls documentation and SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
