Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Lead budget forecasting and variance analysis for 15+ departmental portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and implement process optimization
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual compliance reviews
- Develop financial models for strategic decision-making and M&A support
- Maintain GAAP compliance and SOX documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA/macros)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance and international accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
