- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and optimize cash flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial audits and compliance initiatives
- Develop internal controls to mitigate financial risks and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate sector
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record in month-end close and financial reporting processes
