Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Lead financial audits and ensure GAAP/SEC compliance
- Develop and implement advanced financial forecasting models
- Mentor junior accountants using our proprietary training platform
- Optimize tax strategies utilizing Texas' favorable business climate
- Automate financial workflows using cutting-edge ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public accounting with Big 4 experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, SAP, and Alteryx
- Texas CPA license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and audit defense
- Certification in Financial Forensics (ACFF) a plus
