Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 client portfolios including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing for multi-entity structures
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance documentation
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for strategic planning
- Lead tax preparation and filing for state and federal jurisdictions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with Big 4 or regional firm
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Dynamics
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and audit standards
- Proven experience with multi-state compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
