Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP.
- Perform high-level account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and tax filings.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve financial forecasting and budgeting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- CPA, CMA, or EA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
