Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Prepare and review complex reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial statement reviews
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and compliance procedures
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for multiple departments
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Experience with financial reporting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
