Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end financial reporting cycle, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all journal entries and reconciliations.
- Conduct variance analysis to assess financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP software such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to stakeholders.
