We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a key member of our branch team, you will be the face of our bank, providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our financial services.
In this role, you will assist customers with a variety of transactions, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and managing withdrawals. You will also have the opportunity to cross-sell our suite of financial products, helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and handling withdrawals.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service, answering questions and resolving account inquiries.
- Open and close new checking and savings accounts, explaining product features and benefits.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to meet individual customer needs and branch goals.
- Identify and escalate potential fraud or suspicious activity in compliance with bank regulations.
- Assist in maintaining branch cleanliness and organization.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and balancing of the teller drawer.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all types of people.
- Basic math skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
- Familiarity with banking software and ATMs is a plus.
