Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and general ledger maintenance
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and tax preparations
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for leadership decision-making
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience managing month-end closes and audit processes
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
