Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Oversee general ledger operations and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Supervise accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
- Prepare tax filings and support tax planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with multi-state financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
