Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Lead accounts payable/receivable functions and cash flow analysis
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial operations
- Coordinate external audits and tax preparation activities
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or active pursuit strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong understanding of tax compliance and auditing
