Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage general ledger operations, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations (federal/state)
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during external/internal reviews

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
