Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 50+ clients including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) with GAAP compliance
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis for high-volume transactions
- Lead internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly/yearly filings
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Provide financial insights to executive leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Proven track record of managing high-volume financial operations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
